Casting handling turn tables range in size from 8’-0” to 25’-0” diameter configured to improve casting sorting efficiency. Turn tables are variable speed so exact speed can be set for particular production levels. There is no noise or vibration as associated with vibrating pan conveyors which relates to less operator stress. If castings are missed on the first revolution, the operator can pick on the turn tables next revolution. This feature provides a limited casting storage before sorting, if sorting personnel is not available.
