Products - Feeder Bin Assemblies
Feeder Bin Assemblies are sized to match sand requirements of molding stations, and automatic molding machines. Feeder bin hoppers are designed to promote sand flow. However, auxiliary devices may be required to enhance sand flow depending on properties of material. Feeder bin assemblies include the appropriate width belt conveyor to meet capacity requirements. The belt conveyor is generally skirted with space for popular brands of sand aerators. To insure that prepared sand is delivered properly and accurately to an automatic molding machine, feeder bin belt conveyors feature a unique designed receiving hopper with a high density polyurethane trough to insure proper feed and instant stop drives to insure the exact amount of prepared sand is delivered. Also feeder bin belt conveyors are reversible to empty used sand, or out of specification sand.
