Belt Conveyors are available in many configurations including flat, troughed, cleated, and sidewall belt conveyors. Sizes range from 18” to 60” wide with capacities ranging from 20 to 500 tons per hour. Troughed and flat belts are common with skirting systems to enhance cleanliness. Return UHMW lined formed steel troughs eliminate spill sand from belt conveyors with collection points spaced approximately every 30 feet. Cleated and sidewall belt conveyors are ideally suited for large degree inclines up to 60 degrees.

Belt conveyors are specifically designed for molding machines feeder bin assemblies, muller mill belt conveyor, distribution belt conveyors with V-plows, hot mold belt conveyors, and general return sand belt conveyors. Belt conveyors are fitted with various popular drives, heavy foundry duty pulleys and special belt wipers.
